  • Answer all required questions in the form (required questions are marked with an asterisk*) and upload your work samples and supporting materials, if requested.
  • You may save your work and return to your application at a later time by clicking, "Save Draft" at the bottom of the page. 
  • Once you are finished, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. 
  • You will receive an email shortly after you submit your form to confirm it was received. If you did not receive a confirmation email, then NACF may not have received your submission and you must notify Amber Ball, Grantmaking Specialist, at apply @nativeartsandcultures.org as soon as possible.

Native Arts + Cultures Foundation now accepts applications for the SHIFT: Transformative Change and Indigenous Arts program. Please allow plenty of time to complete your submission. The deadline to submit your application is May 15, 2025 at 5:00pm PACIFIC TIME (please adjust for your time zone). 

Only one application is required per SHIFT project proposal. Lead artists or curators and their partner organizations may collaborate to complete the application form. Please click this link for instructions on how to invite collaborators to your form.  

NACF will notify applicants in September 2025 via Submittable or the email address you used to sign up for your Submittable account.
